stress...

We all face stress everyday but is it all bad? Certainly a decent amount is good for healthy levels of blood pressure. And lets face it, the only people who dont face stress are dead people.

There's stress at work...

Almost anything can cause stress, including break ups, arguments...


How to decrease stress?

If you suffer stress from too much to study, how to overcome it?

To overcome the stress, must you first overcome the problem? I.e by studying? What if there's just too much, then trying to study can increase it instead of decrease it...


Does meditation, calming down, praying help? Sort of like thinking about a waterfall...


I relax by playing games... but it also helps to think about what life means...
